Talk to warm prospects that need help with personal insurance such as homeowners, auto, rental property and flood insurance.

The position is for a motivated person with a competitive drive that wants to be compensated for their effort.

More Effort equals More money

Unlimited compensation based on the amount of effort you put in daily

What you will do daily

You will sell auto, home, rental dwellings, flood and personal umbrella

Educate prospects on coverage options and help them choose what is best for them

Follow up with interested prospects about products we offer

***Paid Leads provided to Inside Sales Reps daily (no prospecting)***

Cross sell existing customers to help maximize protection and discounts

Build local community relationships to generate a referral system

What We’re Looking For

Best Candidates are ambitious, persistent and competitive natured

Strong communication skills are needed because you are going to be on the phone

Motivated self starter with limited supervision needed

In-office Inside Sales position (no remote work)

Compensation

***Sign on Bonus if employed now in an Insurance agency. 10% of 2025 W2 paid quarterly*** (only applies if currently in sales not service)

Base Salary plus uncapped commission

Paid Vacation

Paid training during in office study for Property and Casualty License if unlicensed (junior sales development rep)

Health Insurance

Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Production Bonus
